City of Manhattan Beach Summer Concert Series 2026: Band Application Form

Thank you for your interest in performing at the City of Manhattan Beach Summer Concert Series! Our concerts will take place every Sunday from July 5 through September 6, 2026, at Polliwog Park. Please fill out this application form completely. Applications will be reviewed after the application period closes on January 31st. Selected bands will be contacted for further steps.
