Welcome to the Water Meter & Sewer Connection on-line form completion portal. This new process:

Will consolidate information from three previous forms so there is no repitition of information requested, reduce redundance, errors and omissions
Will perform calculations automatically, saving time and ensuring accuracy
Can be emailed or printed and brought into City Hall
